Why after reinstalling my OS i can´t get iWork for free?

I had to reinstall OS Yosemite on my Macbook Air 11" and i can no longer get iWork for free, they are charging me 20 dollar for each product. When i tried to get Up-to-Date program, they telling me my product is not eligible for these products. I used to have them when i bought my mac late last year, and i have them for free on my iphone and ipad. What can i do? I work with these programs and iMovie, i've always had them for free.

MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2014), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Howdy claudio.medvet,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

From your post I understand you have reinstalled OS X Yosemite, and you now need to download the bundled apps that came with your Mac. As long as you accepted the apps, you will be able to download them from your previous purchases by following the information below.

From the Mac App Store

  1. Open the Mac App Store.
  2. From the top of the window, click Purchases. Your purchased apps will appear.
    User uploaded file
  3. Scroll to find the app you want to download.
  4. Click Install or Download to the right of the item you want to download. Your app downloads to your computer.

Download past purchases from iTunes - Apple Support

Accept bundled apps using the Mac App Store - Apple Support

Take care.
